CANCELATION OF A CONTRACT WITHOUT INDICATION OF A REASON (RETURN OF PRODUCTS)

Didn’t you make the right choice? In our store, you can smoothly choose perfumes and cosmetics without risk. With us it is possible to cancel a sale/purchase contract without giving a reason within 10 days.

When can I cancel a sale contract without giving a reason?

You can return any products you have purchased from us. An exception is a product that:

1. has been adapted or manufactured according to your requirements (e.g. packaging or engraving)
2. due to hygienic reasons, its return is impossible (for example, open cosmetics and other products that come into direct contact with the skin)

If you choose your product to be packaged as a gift or in an eco-friendly manner, the contract for the gift or eco-friendly packaging service cannot be terminated when the product has already been packaged and therefore the service has been provided. We would like to warn you that we pack the products immediately after placing the order.

It is also not possible to cancel a sale/purchase contract when you have ordered gift packaging of products, when we have already packaged it for you.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that by law you are responsible for diminished value of the products due to using this product in a different way than those known for the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product (for example when using a perfume as you have tried it even once).

What should I do if I cancel a sale/purchase contract without giving a reason?

Within 10 days after receiving the products, notify us of your decision to cancel a sale/purchase contract. If you have received an additional product (“gift”) from us in connection with the conclusion of the contract, this gift must also be returned. It is recommended to contact us by email or phone. You can also use the sample form below:

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days from the date of the cancellation by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made. In accordance with the law we can withhold the refund until we receive the products back. In case you cancel the contract within the first 10 days of receipt of the products, you are entitled to reimbursement of the cost of delivery of the products at a value corresponding to the cheapest manner of delivery of products.
