Deliveries from the online store Galinca.com are made up within 7 business days for large cities, for smaller places- according to the schedule of the courier companies.

Some places (most of the villages and some towns) with a special mode of delivery by courier companies (according to the schedule) differ from the above-specified conditions. For full lists of Econt delivery schedules, please visit https://www.econt.com/find-office.

Orders made by 5:00 pm on a business day are usually processed and delivered to the courier company on the same day. Orders made after 5:00 pm or on a public holiday are typically processed on the first business day.

Delivery on Saturday: Orders made after 5:00 pm on Thursday and Friday having an address of delivery in the cities, normally are delivered on Saturday, and according to the customer’s wish an Econt office can pick them up.

Regarding the mode of delivery “Door-to-door”, through the company ECONT: “All shipments sent to your address which cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence will be transferred for delivery for the next business day.”

NIGA is not responsible for non-timely deliveries of shipments in cases where the consumer has provided an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address and/or has given wrong telephone for delivery of the ordered product.
